Two weeks have come and gone and I am confused. I drove up with Logan and family to the Selway again. It is still bear hunting, but I went along to give a ride to three of my grandkids and spend some time with them. The weather was not real good, but I have a great tent. Saturday it mostly rained so I spent a fair amount of time in the tent reading. We drove down to Paridise and I have included pictures of the memorial of those guys who drove into the river 2 years ago. Sunday it didn’t really dawn as the sun didn’t shine it was raining. We picked up and drove home it is still so green and really nice to see. Now it got strange. Our mission president had been trying to contact us wanting to know if we wanted to go back . The next 4 days we sent papers got new prescriptions packed and then we were told to forget it all. Thank goodness we were having a family activity Saturday. It was great to see everyone together. Good job Drew and Gail. Today Sunday our mission president called agaln but this time to apoligize for getting our hopes up. It will be a while before we get to try again. Then we got a call from the missionaries who stayed in Portugal they are still stuck in the apartment after all this time. It is good to still be here. I forgot to include pictures of Zoe on her motorcycle. So now no more drama just trying to enjoy life.

Lots os Stuff
Well it has been three weeks since I last wrote so I have a bit to write. We made a trip to see Jordan Skye and the kids. We spent two nights there we got to go walking around their walking path across the street and playing with the kids. It was really good to see them for the first time since we came home. The next weekend I went bear hunting with Logan and all his kids and Caleb. What a pretty time of the year to drive up to the Selway. We drove up by way of Dillon and Wisdom. I had Natilie, Sawyer, and Caleb with me. It was Thursday so we set up camp ate some hotdogs sat around the fire and went to bed. What a beautiful place. Friday we went for a drive the river is running fast and wild. Logan showed up after noon and I drove the kids to the top of the pass and they coasted down the six plus miles to camp on their bikes. They had a great time so much so that they had to do it again. Logan and Hunter went across the creek from camp hunting, and right after we ate tacos we heard a shot and Logan had a nice bear. I need to back up the day before we went hunting we attended a funeral for grandma’s aunt Sherry. So back to the hunt come Saturday Caleb went hunting with Hunter at dawn and slipped down in the creek but it was all good when Caleb came back to camp we loaded up and headed home. We went by way of Salmon and it too was a beautiful drive. I took a few pictures and they are pretty easy to figure out. More later. The one is of a big truck we passed with a tonka dump truck strapped on the middle.
