It started with a bang.

On our way down to Utah the day before entering the mtc we heard a bang and I steered over to the side of the freeway with a blowout. Having to read  the owners manual to figure out how to get the spare tire down I  changed the tire. About half way done the state troops showed to run their lights to keep the almost nonexistent traffic from running me down. The spare was mostly flat so I had to stop and get air.  Then we went on down without incident.  At first i asked myself why me and why today. But better me than a minivan with a mother and a van full of kids. Besides if my grandkids had been there who would they have called? Grandpa. We were hoping for an adventure and so far so good.
