 Friday February 13. This is the day of the week with the fewest people in the office as most of them work from home. I had scheduled a 9:30 session at the temple yesterday, but we worked for an hour before going. So far we have been able to attend each week.

Coming out they were mowing the lawn. It really is short like a golf green. Notice the John Deer.

Returning to work we got back after the list or files we are updating for the perpetual education program. We are working on getting the names of the people combined with their correct email, and if they have gotten all the approval’s they need to take advantage of the program. Seems like this should happen at the start maybe even have an app for that. Meanwhile we and employees from the education department are spending a lot of man hours trying to catch up. I keep thinking of a sink overflowing with dirty dishes. We keep washing but more keep coming. 3 or 4 more days days should see them up to date. Then they will probably wait several months before starting again. We worked all day on them and it does get hard on our backs and legs. About 4:00 I crossed over to the mall to pick up eggs and lunch meat. I came back and picked up grandma for our homeward trip. The traffic is always heavy at this time of the day. Interesting but the majority of people on the street, in the buses, and on the metro are carrying backpacks. We fit in pretty well that way except we are older and i wear a white shirt, tie, and name tag. So we sort of stand out. Grandma’s knee is still improving, but she still keeps icing it and we try not to go so much. The trip to work is downhill, which means that the trip home is uphill. Could be the worse uphill both ways and barefoot in snow. But really it is a little bit of an effort coming home especially if I have a full pack. I know suck it up buttercup. But when we arrived home we ate food from the fridge and just took it easy. This office work is hard in a different way. About the time we went to bed it started to rain. Really hard rain and thunder and lightning the power flickered out a couple of times. Huge storm lots of water. But a fair day. Love to all.
