Short Sunday

 Sunday March

15. I was up and gone early for my walk today. I was trying to stay up on ridge lines and not have to go up and down so much. I walked 20 minutes just to get to a road where I had not been before. Even then it was familiar as we traveled by uber many times throughout the area. Still the trees were pretty and the houses were nice. Hard to imagine the noise level change in just a short distance.

Notice the water tanks on top of the house. The water is pumped up and the pressure is due to gravity. I found a playground several acres but a little unkempt.

I was at a point where everything was heading down thus requiring a climb back up. I decided to head home. I am still in new country but just headed where I thought was the right way. I saw an exercise area ahead and soon realized I knew exactly where I was. I headed down the familiar trail and soon arrived back at the apartment and walked a few laps in the garage just to loosen up my legs after the  incline.  We went to church but came home after only sacrament meeting to listen to the couple who had returned to Rexburg on zoom. That sort of worked but not really. I cooked stew again and it was fantastic. Grandma and I can’t figure out why it tastes so good. We talked to the family and ate and we talked longer and I made pizza. Still tastes good. We had a good time visiting the family. Sawyer and Tanner are fun to talk to. Love to all.

The motos are mostly Honda.  Didn’t know they made scooters until I arrived here.

I like the horse swings. I wonder if the playground gets played on much. Please share your stew recipe.
