Saturday Conference

Saturday April 4. Today with no agenda. I waited around and left after 8:00. I walked down to Sam’s Club and brought the supplies needed for the week. I ended up with 26 pounds which seemed to be the normal load for the uphill journey back. Not exactly a hind quarter of an elk but still training. I got everything put away and next walked to the butcher shop for chicken. I had been wanting to get some items from the bookstore and since a bus goes most of the way there I was able to convince grandma to go with me.

We bought several notebooks and a small black board. The black board is to tape things to as the material our cubicles are made of resist tape like none other. I cooked some of the burger for burgers and fries for lunch. The hamburger from Sam’s Club is really good especially compared to burger from the other stores. It is the main reason I shop there. At 1:00 conference started. It wasn’t until the later session that the time felt off. By the time it ended it felt like the evening session of past years. An hour after it ended Drew called everyone was together at Rupe’s what a nice thing. My kids still amaze me at times. I enjoyed seeing them a lot. Well all in all another good day. Love to all.

The birds of paradise in our compound are looking like they are molting. When chickens shed their feathers.
