Sunday barbecue

Today is Sunday. We headed to church and one of the people I invited to come showed up. In priesthood meeting I still have a hard time understanding the teacher. His accent is so harsh and he paces all the time he is teaching. The class really participated though. After church we went to another nonmembers house for a chohascaria brazilian barbecue. The food was great. Now to answer some questions. Whitney I haven’t seen any deer, but I have seen a sign for a deer crossing. Caleb I haven’t got to go fishing yet. We are treated very good here. The people are kind and helpful and the biggest problem I have is all the brasileiros want to talk to me and that doesn’t  help me understand the people from Portugal any better. Meanwhile it’s fun to visit with people I can understand. So they cook on wood fires and the meat is seasoned well. The people drive crazy but they are really good drivers. They react well and I am probably the worst driver on the road. I made brownies and they were good, but they didn’t eat all of them. The people wanted to have their pictures taken with grandma and me. It’s late at night now and we just got a call from the mission president looks like we are headed to the azure islands next Wednesday. We called all the kids to let them know and now we have to deal with all the food we had bought and start packing.
