Today is preparation day and we got up and went for a long walk. We walked towards the ocean and found the entrance to the port and then walked along the shore. There were no beaches jst water crashing against the rocks and hundreds of these huge concrete things that look like jacks from the game of jacks. I assume they are to prevent erosion. Look at that anchor there were several just rusting away close to the ocean. There were some ships but distances and perpetual haze makes it hard to see. We walked through a park with playground equipment and rubber decks underneath. Had to take picture of Grandma in front of the fountain. So then home and did more housekeeping. This afternoon went for an activity with the young women we went to a place where there are lakes in craters of old volcanoes. Lots of holstein cows everything is so green and so many pretty flowers I will include afew pics now and perhaps more later. We are at the church to get on the internet and at least for today this is our only means of getting on. His blog is for Monday ju

The colorful houses are kinda cool, the rocks that look like jacks are awesome! I love the view of the volcano lakes very beautiful! Miss you both and can"t wait to see you again.
