Some days are the same.

 Tuesday December 23. At home this is one of my favorite days around Christmas. Still can do things but it’s so close you can taste it. We have work to do,  but here everyone is already in party mode. Due to long and expensive travel to work many work from home several days a week. Today was one of those days. There is a cool nativity scene on one of the desks,

But we walked to work. I am getting better at being able to login but grandma has a hard time due to her slow computer.

Grandma took a picture. 9Came across a line about acquiring skills.

We managed to get to lunch then headed over to the mall (shopping) to locate items. This is harder than you would expect. Trying to figure out which cheese to buy, or whether there exists sour cream, or even finding just regular sugar.

On the way back we bought ice cream cones. Grandma didn’t even get to lick it before the ice cream slid off and fell on the floor. My fault. They gave her a new one in a cup. We only stayed a little longer before we decided to just go home. We stopped and purchased 5 items on the way home and then went on back. Grandma had some window stickers in our front room that you can just see from the road. The window sort of in the pine tree on what here would be the seventh floor and next to the window with the cut out snow flakes.

We had arranged to meet up with another missionary and set up our new mission phones. We got our new numbers and address in so no more getting lost. We ate and grandma was really tired so we packed it in. Love to all.
