Well it sure is nice walking in the garage pre-dawn.
The temperature was perfect 65 degrees and the walking is flat and easy on the knee. The doctor we like was telling us that lots of young missionaries develop knee problems because everywhere is sloping and sometimes it not only is steep going up and down but also it slopes towards the road so it is like heading up a mountain and going side hill at the same time. So I really appreciate getting to try to exercise without the chance of hurting my knee. I still want to see new things so I will continue walking on the weekends. Work was slow but we made it until 5:00 then FHE. A tour group of old people mostly former missionaries came for the last part. The best part was the food afterwards. It did go long so we got home just in time for bed. We did all we were asked. Love to all.

Wow, that sounds like some intense roads to walk on, but way to suck it up buttercup! I’m glad that the parking garage is working for you. As always, I love you both and hope that both of your knees feel better soon.
I’m glad you’re getting in some walking that is easy on the knees. It’s good you got to have some fun after a long day at work! I love you both!
