Wednesday March 18. Today it was walk and go to work as usual. I try to remember to get a picture of grandma first thing.
We arrived at work and soon headed to the chapel for a meeting with Elder Rasband and the Presiding Bishop of the Church. Between it all the meeting lasted an hour and a half. We were seated fifth row center so looking right at them. After we returned to work the Presiding Bishop came to our cubicle and greeted us grandma got to talk for us as it was in English. She does all the heavy lifting when it comes to English. Next one of our new bosses from the education department took us to lunch. A really nice place called The Beach. They have volleyball sand courts and a stage and reasonable prices. Then back to work until 4:30 . We quit early as heavy rain was predicted we headed out using umbrellas a little of the tlme. Arriving at the gate to our compound I left grandma and continued yo the butcher shop up the road. It started to pour. I arrived at the shop bought the chicken and headed back home. It was still raining but not as bad. I cooked chicken and fries for supper. Great day. Yes this is the first monkeys I have ever seen in Brazil. I really did enjoy seeing the concrete truck. Oh and I have figured a work around to get the pictures better located. I still have to sign in each and every time I do anything with the blog but it is just inconvenient. Love to all.

I am enjoying your pictures are the monkeys considered a nuisance like squirrels in Blackfoot I'm thinking maybe a little training and they might be handy picking bananas
The restaurant sounds fun. Was there anyone playing volleyball? Sounds like a busy day.
So you actually met Elder Rasband or was it a broadcast? Cool either way!
You guys get all the important people visiting you
