Well I bet you can’t guess but it is rainy today. When I left early for my walk I was halfway to the park and it started to rain. With no rain jacket I was smart enough to get out of the rain. But just as I got back it stopped again so I went back. We wanted to time our walk in order to encounter a friend we want to set up an appointment with, but in the rain we mistimed it. We went over and bought some cereal instead. We came home and had a few errands to run. For some reason the tire pressure light stays on so we visited the tire store. The people there have been so nice to me. The family from Utah wanted us to go for dinner with them so grandma wanted to get a souvenir for them. We had a nice meal and visit with them and of course I forgot to take pictures. Then it was off to the church for an activity.
Sometimes the activities are more like a sacrament meeting than an activity. The good part was so many people got the chance to say goodbye to the family going home. We dropped by our friend’s house again but still no joy. It was surprisingly late when we arrived home so off to bed. Sidebar, 45 years ago today I left Brazil headed home. We love you all.
