Well today we decided to change it up a bit. After my walk we decided to walk down to the ocean right below our apartment the opposite direction from our normal walk. This is the route we followed the first day we walked after arriving. The coast is pretty rough and natural here.
We noticed the arch carved out of the rocks. The weather was overcast but not predicted to rain.
We saw a guy fishing down off the rocks but while I watched, no joy. We were on the road between the ocean and the airport. We walked to the far end, then headed back. We turned off on a side road and found another corvette on the island. This one looks less cared for maybe less used.
We saw a neat seed cone on some type of palm tree.
At the start of our walk we passed the Patrick Rock.
The hand print always makes me smile. So we went back to the apartment and got ready for our lunch appointment. The food was fantastic. Pork chops in a gravy and rice. Then cake and ice cream. One of the best if not the best meals here. We came back and after dropping off the elders made a short shopping run. Then I spent some time with the member’s records. I still have to clean these up a lot. We had a leadership meeting tonight. Sort of okay. Walking to and from the church alone was peaceful. Few other people on the streets. I love the weekends. We love you all

I'm going to have to read you older blogs to figure out the Patrick rock....hmmm. I love the natural coast, so rugged and beautiful!
