Happy Custer’s last stand day. Today I was busy cooking. I was peeling potatoes and making a cake at 6:00. At 10:00 we ran to the store for a few last minute items, then back to getting lunch ready. We had some people over and We made tacos, potato salad, fruit salad, rice, and for desert strawberry short cake. Quite the spread.
It was fun. After we visited for a while then we were ready for a break. I had a leadership meeting tonight that went okay. I hope we can do better. Not so much walking and few pictures today. We must do more. We love you all.

Forgot to mention the elders from Ponta Delgada called and they were stranded in their elevator. They didn’t know what to do. I talked them through and they crawled out safely. May have to rewrite that ghostbusters song instead of who you gonna call grandpa lt needs to be who you gonna call Elder Mecham.
