Well another pretty day. I went walking and down by the fountain at the end of our road I was taking pictures of the pretty flowers when I noticed words in the sidewalk.
I figured it out after two words that they are the names of all the islands in the acores. Each has a old tall palm tree and a concrete bench curved into it. Now the words are apparent but even though in my blog we came here the first p-day I had never noticed them before today.
I thought they were neat. We went for our walk and made purchases at the farmers market. Everyone here is so nice to us. We had a nice walk then back to a reading lesson at the church. We went for a drive afterwards then we came home for lunch and I made cookies for the activity tonight. Later I cooked the old stand by hamburger, noodles, potatoes, and tomato soup. It was great.
We had the activity and it was pretty good. We got home late and time for bed. Good day. We love you all.

Very cool sidewalk! That would be time consuming to lay each brick/cobblestone down...wow!
