August 11 Wednesday. Well today we are in Lisbon. Turns out our hotel is down the street 5 minutes walking time from the temple. The sisters who are assigned to the office called trainers picked us up and drove us across that long bridge we traveled over on the Saturday before we were sent home in 2020. We arrived and got started right off. Some of the standards were reinstated and it was a real motivational event. I took a couple of photos of elder Basham for Jordan to share and somehow deleted all but a back of the head shot but at least his hair is longer and curly.
At lunch president Barcellos and family had us sit at their table. The two daughters talked to me more than I thought they would. The meeting went til about 4 pm and then back to the hotel. We walked down the street to pizza hut and got a pizza (you think). The mission office dropped us off a car to use tomorrow so it was a nice day. Not many pictures sorry, not even much of a story line but there are days like this in our lives at least. Love to all.

That's so cool, I don't even know who the guy is but he's cool anyway. The pizza sounds good. The picture of the temple is beautiful! Love you! Love Ashley!
