Weii today was another of those days where we did quite a few things, but I failed to take many pictures. A lot of the stuff was routine and the things we saw were all stuff we had seen before. When we were out for our walk we were down in an area new to us when we saw a store with stuff from the seventies and I got a picture of the lava lamps. Jordan had ne lke the one n the left if I recall correctly. It now resides as the tip of a rocket in my room downstairs. We came upon a dead pigeon. It looks like he hit the sign going to fast reminds me of those decorations for halloween of a witch hitting a power pole and sticking out both sides.
We kept going and next up the cannabis store. I thought of the Davis family first. Then I remember that years ago I tried to paint a rifle stock using leaves t make a camouflage pattern. Wanted maple leaves but alas they looked more like something else. Patrick is storing this particular rifle and calls it the marijuana gun.
Well that’s it for pictures. We came home ate and did some study. We have the car today so we were excited to get out and see new things. So excited I didn’t take many pictures. We visited the area where we thought there was an interesting perhaps cemetery, we could see as we drove by on the highway and there we found this huge ruin of a house.
Grandma thought it would make a great haunted house for halloween. We walked to the other side and we were stopped by a rock wall at least 10 feet high with a dog growling and running at the wall. The stones were shaking and I was afraid he whole thing would come down and then the dog would be all over us. It appeared that retreat was the better option. There was an old abandoned car so maybe it was a junkyard as everyone knows there is nothing meaner than a junkyard dog. There were lots of old ruins around.
We drove down to try and visit one of our nonmember friends we had lost contact with and when we found them discovered we walk within a hundred yards or so each time we go for a long walk along the coastline. Next we headed for a drive out into the country to locate a place we want to visit soon. It is getting dark earlier all the time now. The leaves were kinda sorta falling and the street workers were kept busy sweeping them up, but now they have quit falling for a while. In the morning it gets down to 61 degrees so grandma starts out with her jacket, but soon puts it in my pack. Just another day in paradise. We love you all.

61 in the morning sounds really nice knowing that will be the high today here I would think you won't see 40 for a low
The ruins of the house look AMAZING! I would so want to walk right into them and try to imagine what they may have looked like at one time.
The house could make a good horror movie; but even better a romantic comedy where an American girl on an impulse buys a fixer upper in a foreign country and falls in love with a handsome local. Of course the house would look amazing when it was done and they would live happily ever after.
This Gail writing this comment by the way; your son doesn't daydream about romantic comedies in far away islands :)
Cool haunted ruins! I love old stuff like that! What time does it get dark there?
It’s always interesting why certain places are neglected.
Lava lamps are pretty cool. Also have good nose cones.
I think it would be fun to fix it up a little and turn it into a haunted house for Holloween. Do they even celebrate Halloween there? I would love to know if they do. I love how the tree is in front of the house and the branches stop just above the doors. Interesting day, it also sounds pretty warm there. I Love you guys! Love Ashley!
