Today we had another day of the same old stuff. It’s not like I expect every day to be nonstop adventures but we usually do encounter interesting things. When we headed out for our walk grandma wanted to go way east of our apartment parallel to the ocean and in more of the commercial zone. We have walked here many times but normally pass right on through. The goal was a second hand/antique store. Inside we did encounter a nativity set that was unusual.Doll like figures with outfits. We looked through the store and then left. Across the street was a huge grocery store that we hadn’t been to. The front of it was hard to see from the road and so we had always just passed it by. Upon entering we were pleasantly surprised. It was huge and so clean and organized. We walked through the aisles and were pleased with the selections. One of the things we found was old el paso taco seasoning at .5 euros or .60 cents. The oreos were on sell too.
The fish section was even clean and just the whole store smelled and looked nice.
It may be a bit out of the way but worth going to once a week. We ate lunch and then we had several visits we wanted to make. We recruited two local leaders about 20 years old the primary president and the young women president and went out. Not much success but interesting. We got to drive through the downtown area all lit up again, but no time for pictures. We finished up way out in the country where Pingree seems more inhabited but is where we dropped the young ladies off. We had a fun time working our way out and had to use the gps to get back on main roads where I knew the way home. We were tired when we got home just before 9:00. But it was nice to get to bed on time. We love you all.

I would definitely go back to that store….they had Oreos!!! Being clean and organized gives it brownie points too!
If they have Oreos and normal stuff without the smell that seems like the new place to be.
That store does look nice. That is so cool that they have Oreos and taco seasoning. That's cool how they made the nativity out of dolls. Lobe you guys! Love Ashley!
