Today I still have a cold. It is raining. I just gave up and we stayed in until time for language class and then district meeting. We now began a long day of traveling to visit members. We traveled back and forth to different parts of the island. One visit was too long and put us home late. We were tired and hungry. We ate supper and at the direction of several members I made onion skin tea with honey. It tasted as good as it sounds. We had another sort of bland day I hope we don’t get in the habit of not doing so many exciting things. I didn’t take one picture today, but still have a few left from before to post. Good planning on my part. These are guini hens we saw them all the time when I was growing up. People liked them cause they made so much noise whenever someone came around better than a watch dog. Here these chickens, ducks, and geese just wander around. And so many people I would put a bird in the pot. Back on the continent the poor people plant gardens on undeveloped land and get a little food that way if the poor did that here and added the fowl they could eat well. More Christmas pictures.
Did you notice the mask on the statue. Where they sell real trees they sell pine boughs and mossy branches and handmade stables for nativity sets.
This will have to do for the day. But now I have no pictures in reserve. We love you all.

Hope you get feeling better soon I remember people having guini hen's to keep bugs down never ate one probably tastes like a pine hen about that smart too
Jealous of your flowers, plants, and greenery! We are currently buried in snow, brrr!!!
I love how they decorate the trees with big ball ornaments. The green statue wearing the mask blended into the background for me I had a hard time finding it. That is so cool that they sell handmade stables for nativity scenes. Love you both! Love Ashley!
