It’s p-day. The elders wanted to take the day off and so grandma and I did some cleaning and rested up. At noon we left for a drive. We had heard of this other park where they had a deer herd so we headed there. It was a beautiful drive and the weather had changed nicely. The flowers were even larger and there was more blooms.

So the cleaning guys are out in mass they have large numbers of men who just mow and clean the sides of the road. We arrived at the park and there were rabbits, ducks, chickens,  a goat and deer.

I had gathered up a handful of corn and fed some to one of the deer. The rest just lay there not paying attention. I threw a little over the tall fence so it rained down on them. They jumped up and milled around trying to get some each time I threw some they would stare up waiting. Grandma said they were waiting for manna from heaven.

We drove back and decided to drive over the mountain where the lake of the fire is.

We drove back to town and there is this really neat old gate on the side, no longer used as the road has changed.

We went to the church to play a game.

Then home for our zoom meetings. We fly to Lisbon tomorrow so we packed up for that. Fairly good day. We love you all.
