Sometimes it seems uphill both ways

Monday January 12. Well a new week. We thought we were late, but in truth they still struggle finding things for us to do. Partly due to needing to teach us how to do things, and then when we know how we get it done fast. Eventually we will work it out. So since they told us we would be free till after lunch we hit the road to try and purchase this map grandma really wants. We were told Saturday that it was a short walk, but I guess short is about perspective. We walked quite a while about 3 miles and I asked a man where the. Store was and he looked at me like I was an idiot as it was the next building. It was a neat stationary store , offiice supply, with more notebooks than I could imagine. Lots of dead trees in there,

(All the paper). We headed back but this time rode the bus. 3 stops later we were back in our area so we stopped at the store to get some cleaning supplies. We saw sister Leonardo and grandma wanted a picture.

Being the caring, kind, loving husband that I am I found a shirt for grandma to o wear under her one dress. It has been established that I am at fault for her not having enough outfits. Sort of a save. We saw a neat car on our walk.
This one is for Drew. We got back to work and got after it until after 5. Just as we were leaving, one of the attorneys that works for the church stopped by with a strange request. It seems that there is an attorney coming soon to audit the accounts. He and his wife will be here for 2 months. Now the strange, he is a set apart missionary, but the wife is not a member being a devout catholic. He wanted to know if perhaps she could help us. We had FHE meeting sort of a different one. But because we left a little late got two nice pictures.

We were hungry by the time we got home. So rice and beans one of my favorite. I was asked about the price of eggs. The first week here I paid about $2.40 per dozen. The weird thing is eggs sell in packs of 10. So at the feira they were $1.62 if you bought 60. Then when we went shopping they were on sell for $.82 per dozen so I got too many buying 4 boxes or  40 eggs. Eggs for breakfast every day, we had a good day, seems like we always have an adventure. Love to all.

I love your joke about the dead trees 😂. I’m glad that you are both doing well. I love you both!
