Today is p-day and it is pouring rain. Sometimes I feel stuck in that old song. It kept raining so we loaded up and set out for a park or garden called terra nostra it has several hot springs and is supposed to be really neat. We followed the google map and thought it wasn’t working, but actually the place didn’t open til 10:30. We finally got in and changed into our swimsuits and went in the water. The water looks like mud soup and stains the skin like spray on tan. The white parts of your swimsuit turns brown and it is kind of funny.
The water coming out of the two spouts is hotter and clean. When we went to change the outdoor shower was really cold. Most people put their toes in squealed and gave up. The brown just ran of me and I stayed until it wasn’t coming out anymore. I changed and rinsed my suit and it still ran brown. I was surprised so many people come here. Makes me really appreciate lava hot springs. We next went for a alk through the garden. It really started to pour rain and grandma wanted to give up but before we could really do much it let up and was sort of nice. They had several ponds with fish
pretty flowers all the stuff Drew loves to read about.
We came home went shopping and finally ate at 5:00. We had a mission zoom meeting and I lay down and fell asleep. Strange. Different day one of those things on my list of things to do here in são miguel, but not one I expect to repeat. We love you all.

Wow what a beautiful day. The greenery is gorgeous, it almost looks fake. That is funny that is like a spray on tan. Cool fish in the pond, cute ducks as well. I Love you both! Love Ashley!
