October 3. Because. It is Sunday and we have no meetings until 4:00 we were late getting started. I finished a couple of cakes to take today. But the next thing you know it was time for conference. We started out a little short on people but soon grew to 20 people about the same as yesterday. The first session ended and it was time to eat we had enough food for 60 easy.
I got to try a bunch of new stuff. The cod fish with hash browns was okay the chicken soup with rice instead of noodles was good. The rice sort of like spanish rice was okay. They have this white cheese they all wanted me to try. White about the consistency of soft butter. They put it on bread fairly thick. To me it has no taste. They wanted ne to try a big piece without bread still like eating a piece of chewy nothing.
The cake I made sure got scarfed up and with all the food and dessert there I thought I might get to take it home. They sure know how to eat and have a good time.
The two hours passed quickly with a short call with John and his parents thrown in. The second session was harder for me. This session at home is difficult to stay awake in but even more here when it starts at 8:00. After we ran part of a family home who had walked 45 minutes to get here. Going home we went wrong and I thought we might have to use google because of the dark but we figured it out. We came home and called everyone and got to bed rather late. The people here are so kind and outgoing. I wish they could all be more consistent in their activity. But actually the people who attended conference are there every time. It is the other 40 who are there some of the time. Dre they threw the anchor and chain off into a deeper part of the channel. I need to post a picture of the pile of anchors I found. I love you all.

Wow a busy day. The food sounds and looks delicious. You sure did have a good day, and it looks like you had a lot of fun. Did grandma use you're headphones again to listen to conference? Love you both! Love Ashley!
So glad we could talk to you for a minute from Jordan and Skye’s. —Denise—
Busy day! I miss your desserts, you are always willing/eager to feed a crowd.
