Today it’s raining. We went ahead and got ready for church and I was feeling sorry for myself not having a car and having to walk half a mile in the rain when the elders called to arrange picking us up. Sure ruined all my self pity. I also have to remember that we are the only waiting senior missionaries in Europe and maybe the church. We arrived at the church and while getting out along with a bunch of members, a lady who I see almost every day walking came power walking past the church. Seeing me she yelling a greeting and we talked back and forth a bit. I think the members and elders were in temporary shock that someone just walking by knows us. We went in and the mother and daughter from Brazil attended so life is good. We went through all the meetings then home where we ate and got ready for the other part of today’s activities. We first visited some people then over for the other sacrament meeting. I had arranged this with hopes of getting some less active members to come. Some didn’t think it was q good idea and I was a little concerned but here it was. We had chosen the time of 5:00 to accommodate a family who expressed a desire to attend and feeling it would work good we went ahead. They of course didn’t show up. We did get a lot of support from others so I hope it was worth the effort. We came home and had a planning meeting with the elders to schedule the car a bit. We managed to call all the kids and talk but didn’t finish until really late for us. I think it was a good day. We love you all.

Well that was a good idea even though the members didn't show up. That's cool and funny that the lady walked by and talked to you and the elders and the members were surprised. I Love you guys! I love you guys! Love Ashley!
