It’s Monday, it’s p-day, and it’s raining. We did a good job cleaning the apartment and then we went shopping. We had arranged to do a cookout so we got hotdogs and buns and all the stuff to go with them. But it is raining. So we invited the missionaries and the mom and her 4 kids here. Before they came we went downtown looking in souvenir shops and stuff. I bought grandma a nativity set and as we were walking down the street the owner came after us and gave her a really colorful towel of the map of the açores islands. Everyone loves grandma, I just cook, drive, do dishes, clean, and translate. Good gig if you can get it. In one huge store they sell Christmas trees. The pretty white one is $660. We came back and started preparing lunch. It went well. We played to many games of uno flip. Then outside as it was almost done raining.
Sorry about both the quantity and the quality of the pictures. Sometimes I just get busy working and forget. It. Was a nice day, not much by way of new or exciting. The leaves are really falling off the trees now soon they will be bare. I actually wore my jacket while shopping and walking but kept it unzipped because the temperature is still quite nice. We love you all
