Today just as we went to go walking it started to rain. Rain was falling and the sun was shining. We needed to go shopping so we decided to go fill the car with gas and do our shopping prior to our walk. As we were leaving the parking lot this nice rainbow appeared. We get to see lots of rainbows here, partly because it rains a lot.
We arrived at a store we wanted to shop at and we had half an hour to wait so we walked. There was a nice view of rock walls and pastures, I like the peaceful pastoral scenery.
We went shopping and as I walked through the meat department a woman was cleaning an octopus. It looked like a wig with eight dreadlocks. She kept rinsing and squeezing the water out. It was neat to watch, I hesitated to take a picture due to so many people there. Later I got this picture of a bunch of them all packaged for sale.
They taste okay, not my favorite, but we aren’t in Idaho. This afternoon we had some time and drove away from our town along the ocean. There was little traffic today. I noticed a cave but really probably a lava tube in the cliffs raising out of the ocean.
Then we found a neat cow crossing sign.
We ended up spending this evening at home partly because a lot of members still hav covid. Good day. We love you all.
