Today the weather forecast was for rain, but we didn’t get that until in the afternoon. We needed to get the tire on the car repaired as we add air every other day. We used up close to an hour getting that done. It was interesting to watch the work being done while we waited. Two women were in charge, one very efficient organizing the jobs in order, helping find things, filling out the paperwork. The other from behind the desk yelling, very demanding and making the workers stop and listen to her lecture. Two different styles. Nest we dropped in on the grocery store and made some purchases. There was this large park across the street, and we had never visited so we went for a short walk. Lots of flowers today, large stone walls not all volcanic. Grandma said it made her think of stone henge.
We headed home and got ready to go out with the missionaries visiting and to eat lunch with members. We had a nice time and now it rained. We went to a couple more stores mainly just to stay out of the apartment, then we came back. It mainly just sprinkled off and on. Our evening outing to do visits got canceled last minute. We had a nice day of it. The one other thing in the park were these large rock fish troughs. They had gold fish in them.
