Looking back in my blogs today is the two year anniversary of arriving home the first time from Portugal. Not trying to sound like an old duffer but the time went by awful fast, but was still difficult. The year and four months waiting was hard to decide what we wanted to do. Another note today grandma mentioned that I spoke português faster and with more confidence the first time we were here. I was hoping it wasn’t showing. Well we were to go to the airport and get the missionaries from the other island this morning early but since one forgot his passport they will be delayed. Since we were up I made cookies for tomorrow night’s activity. We had district meeting then we came home for lunch. I had dropped off my iPad for a new screen and we picked it up. Today was beautiful. Warm no wind. We drove by the coast the tide was up really high washing over the swimming area completely. It is amazing how the levels can vary so much. There was a huge freighter docked where the cruise ships normally dock. We went out on visits then picked up the elders and went over to the othe missionaries place and ate then home. Sorry I forgot to take more pictures. We love you all.

I think time goes by very quickly when your busy and doing something you enjoy doing the Missionary work and baking chocolate chip cookies do you know what the blue swimming pool looking thing is in the pictures of the ship
I love the picture of you making cookies. You're a good cook! Do you use butter or shortening on the island? How do the cookies turn out compared to Idaho?
