Today we set off for our walk under cloudy skies. We walked down along the coast the wind was blowing, the wavws were crashing, it wasn’t hot, perfect. We just sort of strolled along. There were still some people swimming even though the weather was not perfect. As we were walking home the city workers were putting the star on top of a big artificial tree.
They really go all out here for Christmas. I look forward to the lights in the streets being on at night. So far only lights inside are on. Once again as timing is everything we ran into a member a long ways from home and visited with him for a while. Right place right time. As we were walking along I noticed all these cars parked on top of containers on a ship. No idea what that is all about.
Next I noticed a van at the end of the dock that surprised me that the dock was big enough to drive on. Going to have to back up a long ways to get out of that one.
We trekked back home, ate and went to the church. Language class was supposed to be happening but it didn’t. We left for visits and made quite a few. One member thought one of the elders looked like Harry Potter, but then said he wasn’t near as handsome. Tough to make this stuff up.
We made more visits and we were on a roll we found people everywhere we went. We finished up late but when we got home we had no internet connection so I had to do this at the church. We love you all.

The van was tiny compared to the ships and it looked so cool on the dock. The elder does kinda look like Harry with the glasses but not really. Love you guys! Love Ashley!
