Today the blog address was posted on grandma’s (Sister Mecham’s) Facebook account. There may be new readers I hope you enjoy. After my solo walk, we headed down the coastline as usual and stopped to look at the huge cruise ship. I have no idea why so many are visiting right now as we are heading into fall and winter with more clouds and rain. We continued on past and came on a construction site where the rock sidewalk is being taken up and relaid. I can watch construction work all day since I understand and even want to do it. We sat on the seawall and watched.
I especially like the anti-theft device for their work trailers, just remove one of the wheels.
We headed on down and it soon started to rain. The cruise ships dock about a mile from our apartment and our view out the window isn’t towards the harbor but out to the ocean towards a less used area so we have to walk to see them. We headed back and had breakfast and got ready to go with t missionaries. We visited members in several towns further out out of grandma’s and my walking range. We had a good time as we went to leave one house there was a nice rainbow. We arrived back at the apartment after dark and began packing for our trip to Lisbon. One of the missionaries posted this address so we will see how that changes things. Lots of people can’t get on so perhaps this will help. Pretty good day even with clouds and a little rain still experiencing things not encountered at home. We love you all.

There are alot of cruise ships right now, but they are still very cool. That is cool that you could watch the construction workers work, do you know what they were doing? Fixing pipes? Water lines? Love you both! Love Ashley!
That anti-theft device is impressive, I’m sure it works well though 😂
I'm glad there's always something new for you to see and it's fun to see how things are done differently away from home.
